The goal is to produce postgraduates with the ability

to manage the organization by applying the sciences of business administration, knowledge management, cooperative management and behavioral learning with information technology and communication which emphasize on operation by researching in the dynamic atmosphere. This is to produce intention for PhD and Master graduates in Knowledge Management who can meet the demands of the society in two ways-- Master graduates, as academicians, who can do research in depth and width in knowledge management to meet the demands of the organization; on the other hand, as practitioners, who can manage the institution by using knowledge management methodology. This is to improve the capability of an organization in a knowledge-based society and economy in a long term.
